Contact
Tell us about the programme.
Email is the quickest route. A first call is thirty minutes, costs nothing, and is usually enough for both of us to know whether there is work here.
If the honest answer is that you do not need a review, we will say so. That is a cheaper outcome for you and a better one for us.

Helpful to include
What to put in a first email.
None of this is required, but it makes the first call considerably more useful.
- Roughly what the programme is, its scale, and how long it has been running.
- What is prompting the question now. A gate, a board paper, a supplier conversation, or a feeling that the reporting has stopped matching reality.
- Who would commission the work and who would receive the findings.
- Whether there is a date the answer is needed by.
Confidentiality from the first conversation
