Twenty-five years of watching programmes succeed, and finding out why the others did not.
High Peak Pro Ltd is led by Steve Foxen-Durnien. Trading since 2018, based in Manchester, working with clients across the UK.
The short version
Steve has spent twenty-five years running complex change, mostly technology-led and mostly at enterprise scale. ERP and platform replacement, operating model change, transformation programmes with the awkward organisational politics that come attached to them. Seven of those years have been spent specialising in Dynamics 365, and more recently in how organisations actually adopt AI rather than merely pilot it.
Delivery is the spine of the business. The health check, the training and the coaching all grew out of running programmes rather than the other way round. A health check only has value when the reviewer has done the job being reviewed, has seen enough programmes to recognise a pattern early, and is senior enough to say something uncomfortable to a board without flinching.
High Peak Pro was set up in 2018 and has operated as a delivery consultancy since. Interim leadership of complex change is still the core of it. The health check exists for programmes where a large-firm assurance engagement would be overkill, and it is usually the thing that opens a longer conversation rather than the other way round.
Four things that tend to matter to clients.
Scoped and priced up front
Engagements have a defined scope, a defined output and a price agreed before they start. If the work needs to change, that is a conversation rather than an invoice.
Plain language
Reports and deliverables are written for the person who has to make the decision. Practical tools, clear recommendations, and a stated view rather than a menu of options.
Health checks held honestly
We do not review programmes we are competing to deliver. A health check is not a sales exercise and the findings are what they are; if a client wants help acting on them afterwards, that is a separate conversation and the conflict is named openly before it starts.
Confidentiality as standard
Interviews in a health check are non-attributable. Client identities are not published. References are offered with the client's agreement, never by default.

On case studies
Delivery and health check work is confidential, which rules out the usual logo wall. Instead we can share anonymised engagement profiles describing the programme, its scale, the question the work was asked to answer and what happened next. Named references are available where a client is happy to give one.
Have a programme you are not sure about?
A short conversation is usually enough to work out whether a review would tell you anything you do not already know.
